Tamica Hughes is a 1995 graduate from Lucy Ragsdale High School. When she graduated, she was a single teen mom, but she was determined to graduate high school.
Through the help that she received from Youth Focus, she was able to graduate and attend cosmetology school. She’s been a licensed Cosmetologist since 1997.
She knows the first-hand struggles that teen moms often face while trying to parent and finish school. The Nonprofit, Level Up Parenting, was started in order to transform the mindset of teen moms by instilling in them enrichment opportunities that teach them how to excel at parenting and much more.
Sabrina K. Jones serves as a valued member of LabCorp's management team. Sabrina is responsible for overseeing, planning, maintaining work systems procedures, and policies that enable and encourage the optimum performance of the employees.
Sabrina is a talented wordsmith that speaks her truth and spreads her knowledge with consistency. She is a dedicated member of the community that is passionate about keeping individuals connected.
Sabrina has put plenty of action behind her passion as she currently serves on the Triad Health Projects' Board of Directors, Power Beyond Pride Steering Committee, and Wright Care Services Board of Directors. Sabrina served on the Guilford Green Foundation's Board of Directors and also served as Vice-Chair of Greensboro's LGBTQ Center.

Anyua Clark is a native of Greensboro, North Carolina where she graduated from Ben L. Smith High School in 1998. She graduated with honors from North Carolina A&T State University in 2002 and has been a high school educator for eighteen years, where she most enjoys positively impacting the lives of teenagers and finding ways to learn from them.
Anyua has been married to her best friend, Jeffrey Clark, Sr., for 15 years and is the proud mother of two children, 14 and 12. The Clark family has spent years giving back to the community and bringing awareness to a rare blood disorder, Neutropenia, that her daughter was diagnosed with at the age of two.
Anyua reaches the community as a member of New Birth Community AME Church where she is active in the Missionary Society and the Campus Bridge Connectors. As well as through Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.
Anyua and her younger brother were raised by a single mother and understand firsthand, the importance of community involvement in the lives of families that lack resources to survive. She is grateful for her humble beginnings and experiences that have influenced the mother, teacher, and mentor that she is to young people in her life and community.

Nicki Hill is an Accountant for the NC A&T University Foundation, a non-profit organization. Nicki has been with the NC A&T University Foundation for over a decade, where she manages over one-thousand restricted and unrestricted funds. In this role, Nicki has first-hand experience with Philanthropy and fundraising initiatives.
Nicki received her bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Guilford College in 2015. It was here that she gained a passion for understanding, measuring, and alleviating poverty through an elective class.
In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, watching basketball, and spending time with family. Level up Parenting is very special to Nicki. As a single mom, she knows how difficult the path can be, but also knows that anything is possible, given the right tools.
