Wysheka gained an interest in Social Work in her early years of study. Before becoming a Social Worker, Wysheka worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant. She obtained her CNA certification while in high school and worked as a CNA throughout college. She quickly realized that her passion was working within the health system.
Wysheka welcomed her first child while in her senior year of college. In 2015, she graduated from North Carolina A&T State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and began servicing individuals in her community living with mental illness, IDD, and substance abuse. As she continued to pursue her career working in her field of study, she welcomed her second child.
Wysheka is a working mother of two young children and graduated from the JMSW (Joint Master of Social Work) program at North Carolina A&T State University and the University of North Carolina Greensboro. Upon graduating in May 2020, Wysheka began working towards her goal of becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. It is Wysheka’s plan to continue to serve individuals in the community linking and providing those she serves with resources to assist with developing and maintaining a meaningful life.
Attorney Chimeaka White is a native of Greensboro, North Carolina. She graduated from James B. Dudley High School c/o 1998. Attorney White is an NC A&T State University graduate. She obtained her law degree from NC Central University.
Attorney White is the lead attorney at White Law, PLLC, Greensboro, North Carolina. Also, she is the lead attorney at The Law Offices of Chimeaka L. Greenwood, McComb, Mississippi. Both firms focus exclusively on personal injury accidents. She is passionate, fearless, and determined to fight for justice.
Attorney White raised two children as a single mother. She understands the difficulties of staying focused while working to achieve personal goals. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, cooking, learning, completing jigsaw puzzles, and spending time with her husband, family, and two adult children.
Dr. Danielle A. Harrison is an educator, civic administrator and a public servant at-heart. As a native of Guilford County, Harrison has received most of her education within the Triad. Having graduated from Guilford Technical Community College, Guilford College and North Carolina Agricultural Technical State University, she received two undergraduate degrees in criminal justice with a minor in psychology, and a master’s degree in adult education. Harrison received her doctorate degree in general education administration from Northcentral University.
For the past 16 years, workforce and people development has been a primary focal point for Dr. Harrison. She began her career working for the North Carolina Department of Public Safety. This is where she gained her passion for aiding individuals with their personal, professional and academic transitions. Harrison worked there for several years and in many capacities. Some of her work included managing education programs, vocational training and employment contracts for the judicially impacted populations.
Dr. Harrison has served as an expert in work-based learning for both two year and four year institutions of higher learning. Harrison has trained hundreds of staff as a Health and Human Services Training Manager and has She presently serves as the Executive Director of GuilfordWorks, the public workforce development entity for Guilford County.
Because of her endless community service, she was a 2022 Triad Business Journal 40 Under 40 Honoree. Dr. Harrison currently serves as a board member of the Industries of the Blind, Level-Up Parenting, and the Triad Chapter of the National Forum for Black Public Administrators. She has published articles relative to teacher education and experiential learning; her research has focused on academic disparities with the African American learner. Harrison is also a member of the Greensboro Alumnae Chapter of the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
Aprille McPhaul works as a technical support specialist for Gilbarco Veeder Root. She has one son and she goes to school full time.
In her free time, Aprille enjoys spending time with family and lending a helping hand to those in need. She also participates in hands-on projects and volunteerism.
Aprille is looking forward to putting her education and acquired skills to good use for a great cause.
