Tiara graduated from Winston- Salem State University, as a member of the Honor’s Society with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She then went on to get her graduate degree with a Master’s of Science in Social Administration from Case Western Reserve University.
Tiara currently works as an Intensive Family Preservation Specialist, where she continues to safely maintain families together and eliminate the need for out of home placement. It brings her joy to know that she is helping create a loving and stable environment for families and children in need.
During her free time Tiara enjoys reading, online shopping, and relaxing at home watching Netflix.
Amani Fields is the Assistant Director at KinderCare in Clayton, NC. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Child Development and Family Relations, from East Carolina University.
Amani has worked with a wide range of children in many different settings and enjoys working with children and families. She believes that while we try to teach children all about life, they teach us adults what life is all about.
In her free time, Amani loves to spend time with her family and friends, shop, and travel to different places.
Wysheka gained an interest in Social Work in her early years of study. Before becoming a Social Worker, Wysheka worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant. She obtained her CNA certification while in high school and worked as an CNA throughout college. She quickly realized that her passion was working within the health system. Wysheka welcomed her first child while in her senior year of college. In 2015, she graduated from North Carolina A&T State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and began servicing individuals in her community living with mental illness, IDD, and substance abuse.
As she continued to pursue her career working in her field of study, she welcomed her second child. Wysheka is a working mother of two young children and is currently enrolled in the JMSW (Joint Master of Social Work) program at North Carolina A&T State University and the University of North Carolina Greensboro.
Upon Graduating in May 2020, Wysheka will begin working towards her goal of becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. It is Wysheka’s plan to continue to serve individuals in the community linking and providing those she serves with resources to assist with developing and maintaining a meaningful life.

Attorney Chimeaka White Greenwood is a native of Greensboro, North Carolina. She graduated from James B. Dudley High School c/o 1998. Attorney Greenwood is a NC A&T State University graduate. She obtained her law degree from NC Central University.
Attorney Greenwood is the lead attorney at White Law, PLLC, Greensboro, North Carolina. Also, she is the lead attorney at The Law Offices of Chimeaka L. Greenwood, McComb, Mississippi. Both firms focus exclusively on personal injury accidents. She is passionate, fearless, and determined to fight for justice.
Mrs. Greenwood raised two children as a single mother. She understands the difficulties of staying focused while working to achieve personal goals. In her spare time she enjoys reading, cooking, learning, completing jigsaw puzzles, and spending time with her husband, family, and two adult children.
Chimeaka White Greenwood
Nicki Hill is an Accountant for the NC A&T University Foundation, a non-profit organization. Nicki has been with the NC A&T University Foundation over a decade, where she manages over one-thousand restricted and unrestricted funds. In this role, Nicki has first-hand experience with Philanthropy and fundraising initiatives.
Nicki received her bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Guilford College in 2015. It was here that she gained a passion for understanding, measuring and alleviating poverty through an elective class.
In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, watching basketball and spending time with family. Level up Parenting is very special to Nicki. As a single mom, she knows how difficult the path can be, but also knows that anything is possible, given the right tools.
Aprille McPhaul works as a technical support specialist for Gilbarco Veeder Root. She has one son and she goes to school full time.
In her free time, Aprille enjoys spending time with family and lending a helping hand to those in need. She also participates in hands-on projects and volunteerism.
Aprille is looking forward to putting her education and acquired skills to good use for a great cause.
Schenita D. Randolph, PhD, MPH, RN, CNE is an Assistant Professor at Duke University School of Nursing. She has over 15 years of academic experience and is a Certified Nurse Educator with the National League of Nursing. She is currently Co-Director of the Duke Center for REsearch to AdvanCe Healthcare Equity (REACH Equity) Community Engagement Core.
Dr. Randolph’s research focuses on culturally and social relevant interventions to address HIV disparities among Black men, women and adolescents. This research program is an outgrowth of years of clinical experience working with minority youth and young adults in a family planning and STD clinic. Her research contributions have been in two areas: 1) the development of innovative sexual health and HIV prevention strategies targeting minorities in the United States South and, 2) the engagement of lay individuals and groups without formal training in health in health promoting interventions.
Dr. Randolph has been married for 15 years and the proud mother of two children, 10 and 14. In her personal time she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, do it yourself projects and singing.
